- Email open rates dropping? Blog read time going down? Chances are you don’t use enough emotions in your copy. Chase Dimond gives you 150+ emotion-triggering words your copy will be poor without.

It sounds like I called at the worst possible time.” Josh Braun says there’s no script for being empathetic. It’s less about what you say and more about listening without having an agenda.
- Sometimes, one-liners work much better than long outreach emails. Will Cannon says 8-words like “How much traffic is your blog bringing in?” could get you more calls than 50+.
